The Light of Action drives away The Darkness of Inaction
One of the things I always focus on in my program is to figure out the end objective of the exercise before we begin – As a matter of fact, I asked my current cohort to shed light on “The One Key outcome” that they were looking to see from the program after 🔟weeks.
We got a broad spectrum of endgames which individual participants were looking for:
What is so interesting about this list is the sheer diversity of goals and end objectives that each participant was looking for from this program.
The differences in goals were also perhaps influenced by their stage of life and their blockers!
👩💼Director of a large Pharma Company (17+ years experience) – Improve my executive presence

👨💼 A Scrum Master, test engineering specialist ( 12+ years experience) – Develop my mental framework for handling life events.

👨💼 AVP technology at a financial institution (12+ years experience) – Prioritising and handling life with mental strength.

👨💼 Sr project manager @ a Fortune 200 company (19+ years experience) – I feel incompleteness. Help me to handle it better.

👩💼 Tech Lead of a Fortune 200 company (11+ experience) – Handling Emotional blockages

👩 Director of a large chip manufacturer (25+ years experience) – Becoming a positive influencer

👩 Aspiring Agile Scrum Master (15+ Yrs of Experience in Teaching)- Reduce self-victimization tendencies

👨💼 Vice President of Software Engineering (19+ Yrs of Experience) – Enjoy chasing my goals

👨 Sr. Manager, Application & Cloud Engineering (21+ Yrs in IT) – Quieten the noisy mind and improve collaboration skills with other people

👨Sr Manager – Consulting, Product Management (21+ Yrs of Experience) – I want to put my thought process in the proper growth zone for my career growth.

Also, this brings out one of my core principles – Action begets results.
Before starting the program, the cohort had already taken concrete action 🚶i.e., they clearly articulated the objective they wanted to achieve from the program. This created a positive mental🧠momentum in them to better absorb and be more open to the ideas💡for their transformation.
In other words, they all started with a mindset of “BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND.”
